By filling out a vendor application and/or participating in this event, you have agreed to the following terms on this page and any terms that have been verbally communicated.
Olivia's Design Company, Jolene's, Boutique, Olivia Mitchell, Kendall Hovis, Owen County Fairgrounds, any of the staff, volunteers, or sponsors are not liable for any damages or accidents that might occur to any items prior to, during, or after this event.

If for any reason this event is postponed or canceled, The Serendipity Market does not issue refunds or returns on any products or services purchased. However, the funds may be put toward a future event. Booth fee refunds are not permitted under any circumstance.

All images that are submitted to The Serendipity Market and images or videos that are taken during any events can and may be used on social media.

If any of the products sold at the market cause harm to anyone, you accept full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages to said person(s). The Serendipity Market is not affiliated with any losses, damages, or injuries caused by any vendors. Vendors are responsible for providing their own insurance and may not be allowed to return to any future events by The Serendipity Market.
